Vibrant Eyes
Have you been
deprived in the sleep department? Are you starting to get bags or circles
around your usually radiant eyes? Although, we can’t help you in the sleep
department here is a quick remedy so your eye appearance has to suffer no
longer!
For swollen puffy eyes, use cucumber slices. Not
only are they cool, they are also packed with silica, which is known to reduce
inflammation. Chamomile tea bags can be put over the eyes to reduce dark
circles. Remember that dark circles and puffy eyes can also be caused by food
intolerances.

Do you have embarrassing foot odor?
Are you tired of
using extremely smelly medicated powders and creams to cure your unwanted foot
odor? Try this at home remedy that was recommended by Dr. Oz!
Combine one part white wine vinegar to four parts
water and soak your feet for 20 to 30 minutes for Athlete's foot. Sprinkle some
bicarbonate of soda between your toes and rinse your feet after fifteen
minutes. It is as effective as any expensive antifungal powder. You can even
put a little bicarbonate of soda in your shoes.

Growing out your Bob and hating it?
We
love the bob cut but the growing out process can be dreadful. Here are some
great tips for passing the time to your next hairstyle:
· Try cutting a heavy bang or wearing a
deep side part while keeping the hair straight and sleek.
· Trim ends as every six to eight weeks
to help hair growth.
· Once the hair has reached shoulder
length, cut soft, long layers to create nice movement.

Sunburnt… Ouch!
This
weather is perfect for tanning but sometimes it is hard to escape the horrible
effects...SUNBURN! Here are a few tips to relieve sunburn pain.
·
Take
ibuprofen immediately after realizing you've been burned will help reduce pain
and redness.
·
Drink ice
cold water to keep your bodies temperature down.
·
To
decrease the itch, apply hydrocortisone over the area once or twice daily.
·
Wear
loose clothing to help skin breathe. Tight fitting clothing will slow down the
skins healing process.

How to Keep Flawless Skin all Year-long
Want
flawless skin but none of those cleansers seem to work for you? Try some of
these diet changes to see clear result.
·
No
White Stuff: Say goodbye to white
breads, pasta, and potatoes. Introduce whole wheat in your diet to see skin
improvements.
- Say Yes to Seafood: Fish with lots of essential fatty
acids fight off acne. Try salmon or tuna as a meat replacement and kiss
those blemishes goodbye.
- Add Olive Oil: We're all afraid of fat, but not getting
enough of it can cause the skin to break out. Sprinkle olive oil on salad to
help your body absorb Vitamin A, which helps the skin prevent aging.

Never Too Late For That Flat Belly
The summer is
almost over, but it is never too late to get that flat belly that you have
always wanted!
Did you know there are many foods that actually work to reduce
belly fat? Well here are a few listed
below!
1. Raspberries (as well as strawberries and blueberries) are packed
with fiber, which keeps you feeling full longer (and—ahem—more regular).
Plus they are packed with vitamin C, which is good for your immune system as
well as your skin.
2. Kale is a natural anti-inflammatory; it helps reduce bloat
and it also revs up the metabolism because it is a flavanoid Eat up!
3. Oatmeal maintains blood sugar levels so you don’t crash and
binge. Plus it’s full of fiber so it will keep you satiated.
4. Low-fat yogurt not only has calcium, but it is also a pro-biotic
that fights fat storage and prevents bloat.
5. Almonds are packed with healthy fats that reduce food
cravings while building muscle. Consider almonds the ultimate power snack.
6. Salmon is full of omega-3 fatty acids, which help bump up
your metabolism so your body burns fat faster and more efficiently.
7. Watermelon is—just as you expected—full of water (about 92% to
be exact). It actually helps flush extra water from your system, which in turn
reduces puffiness.
8. Garlic is a magical thing. It helps reduce fat in the liver,
it detoxifies and it lessens bloating. To maximize its benefits, take a few
fresh slivers of garlic and sandwich them between two thinly sliced apple
wedges and smear them with a little honey. Eat this before bed to reap all the
benefits.
9. Avocado is loaded with lots of healthy fats that burn fat
while providing your body with energy.
10. Quinoa is a magical whole grain
that is packed with protein (11 grams for just a half cup) and fiber so it
keeps you feeling full longer.
Hopefully these help! Tell us some of your
favorite foods or recipes that you use to demolish that unwanted belly fat!

Quick Tattoo Concealing
Whether
you are preparing for an interview or getting ready for your big day,
concealing a tattoo can be a pain. If this is your dilemma, here is a quick
three-step process to temporarily conceal tattoos that many celebrities use.
(1) Dab a heavier concealer (like Lancôme Maquicomplet
Concealer, $27.50) that matches your skin tone over your ink as well as an inch
around it.
(2) Then rip a makeup sponge in half (the rough
edge diffuses any hard lines), and blot to blend everything in.
(3) Mist on a spray foundation to make the coverage look seamless
and give another layer of camouflage.
(4) Dust on a translucent powder with a big
powder brush to set things in place.
Suggested by
celeb makeup artist Mary Burton.

Tricky Lash Tip
Are you trying to transition your makeup from day to night
or maybe even trying to just touch up your makeup throughout the day? If you
have tried this, you know that mascara can be very tricky to reapply without
your lashes getting clumpy or flaky. Here is a quick tip for those tricky
lashes!
Use a disposable
mascara wand, says Dior makeup artist Ashunta Sheriff. Dip it into an
eye-makeup-remover bottle, and comb through your lashes to get rid of any
buildup (flakes) that's accumulated and give you a fresh base. Let lashes dry
(about 30 seconds), then apply a fresh coat of mascara.

come after? Well here are a few quick tips so you no longer have to sacrifice
lip softness for those beautiful lipstick hues you love!
