Skin Care
Did you know that skin is the largest organ on your body? It is imperative that we keep our skin hydrated so that it will look better and be healthy. Healthy skin begins with skin care and facials are perfect for your overall skin routine! Facials help with clogged pores, quench dehydrated skin and removes dead skin cells. Women tend to age more in their face due to stress. There's nothing better than getting a professional facial, but they can be expensive! Don't worry there are basic-at-home remedies that works on oily, dry, and combination skin.
For example: Strawberry Mask for Acne-Prone Skin
All you need is 1/4 cup strawberries (fresh, not frozen) and 1/4 cup sour cream or non-flavored yogurt. Let both the strawberries and yogurt come to room temperature then place both ingredients in a blender. Spread on face and wash after 10-15 minutes. Simple right!? The greatest benefit that facials have on your skin is the ability to reduce stress while leaving you feeling relaxed and pampered. We recommend getting facials ladies your skin will thank you.

In case you haven't heard, curling wands are becoming the styling tool of choice. With curling wands you can create sexy curls or lovely waves. Curls last days longer than if you were to use a curling rod or flat iron and there is no weird kink left on ends of hair from using a clamp. Growing out your Bob and hating it?
We
love the bob cut but the growing out process can be dreadful. Here are some
great tips for passing the time to your next hairstyle:
· Try cutting a heavy bang or wearing a
deep side part while keeping the hair straight and sleek.
· Trim ends as every six to eight weeks
to help hair growth.
· Once the hair has reached shoulder
length, cut soft, long layers to create nice movement.

We Heart: Organix Moroccan Argan Oil
Are your extensions beginning to look dry or dull? The
shampoo or conditioner being used on the extensions can cause this lack of
luster. We heart Organix Moroccan Argan Oil Products, because they are sulfate
free. The sulfate is harsh on the extensions causing the hair to look dry and
dull lacking that shine we all love! Try it out! Retails in drugstores starting

Titanium Flat Irons Vs. Ceramic Flat Irons
Not a stylist, but want a nice flat iron for everyday use? Are you debating which would be most beneficial for your healthy hair? Well here is a quick difference between the two most popular flat irons, and hopefully you find the one that you heart the most!
Ceramic is a non-metallic, non-corrosive inorganic material that is usually baked onto the iron's aluminum base plates in thin layers, although pure ceramic plates are also available. Ceramic irons are more common than titanium irons, so it's possible to find them in more stores, models and price ranges. Many prefer ceramic, because it provides less heat damage.
Titanium is a lustrous, low-density, lightweight metal derived from igneous rock, known for its strength and high-temperature stability. Titanium is corrosion resistant, conducts heat more evenly and heats up faster than ceramic. Also, titanium has a higher ionic output than ceramic, leaving hair shinier, according to Misikko.com.
Price Difference: High quality irons with 100 percent ceramic plates can cost over $300. Many of these high quality irons can be found in stores such as Marshalls or TJ Maxx for a lower price, but same name brand. Titanium irons range typically from $50 to $150, and mini irons, made for travel and short hair are around $30.
All heat styling products can lead to hair damage if used to frequently. High quality products apply more controlled, and consistent heat to avoid heat damage. Which flat iron do you prefer?

YESSSSS for the Fish Tail Braid!
This cute alternative to the boring ponytail has taken over and is perfect for those warm days when you want the hair out of your face.

See below a How To Guide:
1. Part your hair down the center. Beginning on the right side of your part at your forehead, twist a one-inch section of hair away from your face.
2. Use a comb to separate a 1/2-inch section right below the first section along your face and twist that piece away from your face, combining it with the first piece.
3. Continue adding 1/2-inch pieces along your hairline down to your neck. Use a clip or a bobby pin to hold the hair in place at the nape of your neck.
4. Repeat the twisting on the left side, starting at your forehead.
5. When you reach the nape of your neck, unclip the right side and hold both the left and right sides in two separate sections.
6. Pull a 1/2-inch section of hair from the right section and add it to the left section. Repeat with a piece from the left section, adding it to the right section.
7. Continue adding 1/2-inch pieces down to the ends and secure with an elastic band.
